Am I Eligible? allows people with disability (including those with psychosocial disability), their families and carers to carry out an initial self-assessment of their likely
eligibility for the trial of Western Australia’s model of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Known as WA NDIS My Way, the trial runs from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2016.
Please note Am I Eligible? is a guide only and does not provide a formal assessment of your eligibility.
WA NDIS My Way is available in:
- the Lower South West from 1 July 2014
- the Cities of Cockburn and Kwinana from 1 July 2015
If you live within these areas and you are likely to be eligible for disability supports and services, you will be directed to relevant contacts.
If you live outside the trial areas, you will be given contact details within Western Australia.
You can also find out whether you are likely to meet eligibility requirements in the NDIS trial in the Perth Hills, which is operated by the National Disability Insurance
Agency (NDIA) on behalf of the Commonwealth Government.
For more information about the WA NDIS NDIA trial in the Perth Hills, please visit the National Disability Insurance Scheme website.
